• Identity documents uploaded as part of the Express Check-In process (stored encrypted and deleted after your rental concludes)

• Browser type, IP address, and pages visited (via server logs)
• Booking and transaction history associated with your account

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

• Process and manage your vehicle rental booking
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and rental agreements by email
• Verify your identity and driving eligibility at pick-up
• Process payments and manage security deposits
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
• Respond to enquiries you submit through our contact form or chatbot
• Improve our website and services based on aggregated usage data

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing Your Information

We may share your information with trusted third parties only where necessary:

• Stripe — to process payments securely
• Brevo (Sendinblue) — to send transactional emails
• OpenAI — only if you interact with our AI chatbot (message content may be sent to OpenAI's API)

4. Data Retention

We retain booking records for seven years to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Check-In documents (uploaded identity documents and card details) are stored encrypted and deleted within 30 days of your rental return date. Account information is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data transmitted to and from our website. Sensitive check-in data (card numbers, documents) are encrypted at rest using Fernet symmetric encryption. Payment card details are never stored on our servers — they are tokenised by Stripe.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Withdraw consent to optional processing at any time
